    I JUST GOT APPROVED FOR A FIRST USA CARD. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW OFTEN THEY DO ACCOUNT REVIEWS? THANKS,RITCHIE

    I have the Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Plat Card. They usually do an AR every quarter. Looking back, they pulled in January, April, July and October.

    For me, they also *report* every quarter..

    Account reviews should be limited to no more than 2 per year.

    FUSA has been doing AR's on me quarterly. The only exception so far is that they automatically do an AR if you take advantage of one of the Balance Transfer offers. If they don't like what they see they won't give you the BT, I suppose.

    I just checked mine, and it's very sporadic. They pull a report, maybe 3 or 4 months another one, then sometimes a year between inquiries.

    Maybe if I have time I'll try to correlate the ARs with credit limit increases.

    I've seen them on both Experian and Equifax, never on TU
