I changed my mailing address on my three FirstUSA accounts to a PO Box about three months ago. Since then, I have not gotten anything from them, including bills. I handle it all online anyway, so it is not a problem. Do they have a problem with people who use PO Boxes? I checked and they are showing my correct address (the PO Box) online and they have my correct phone number.
My mother has had a card w/ First USA since '95 (that I just became an AU on ). About 3 years ago she moved & got a P.O. box. She never had any problems with her bills being sent. Maybe you could call them and ask them what is going on...
They probably have you on a "NO BILL LIST"...like you requested NO BILLS BE SENT... Call NOW...or tomorrow. IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THEY HAVE THE WRONG ZIP+4...it is very important to have the 100% CORRECT ADDRESS including the ZIP+4.
