Credit Card People can be hard people to deal with. They take a hard line, "it's just business." I'm starting to build a national strategies on them and all credit card companies that take just a hard line view. "It's in our contract" "It's just business" "etc" A friend of mine who's 70 said that years ago activities like this would be consider illegal.
