I have had Fleet for some time now and it has a zero balance, I used it before for the 0% rate and paid it off before it expired. I recently received BT checks for 1.9%, I thought I would BT a SMALL( know their reputation) amount and take advantage of the 1.9%. I called their customer service and asked if I could do the BT's online, they said NO, you can only use the checks we sent and mail them in???? I told them I don't like sending checks and prefer to BT my accounts online, she said sorry but you can't and didn't even offer to take them over the phone. Guess they are really not interested in making some money, this account will remain at zero and just help my ratios!
