I have a Lycos Master card and APR is 9.99% Fix .So far I have not had any problem with it.Payment posted two to five days after mailed it. I applied this card before I read all the horrible stories about Fleet(otherwise I would apply it).

RE: Fleet Club Lycos Master I cancelled my fleet account after they jacked up my interest rate due to late pays; then after a history of on time pays they lowered it a few months in a row...then suddenly jacked it up after a year of good payment history. When I called the CS the rep couldn't tell my why, told me I rec'd a letter in the mail telling me the terms changed. I asked her how to cancel the account she replied, "you'll get a letter in the mail confirming your cancellation" and hung up. Now I'm looking for a low fixed rate card with balance transfers...any suggestions?
RE: Fleet Club Lycos Master Try Nextcard ,if you carry balance you may qualify 9.99% APR.Amex Blue is also great.
