Decided to combine duplicate credit cards. Fleet should be the easiest to combined. Minimum for their Platinum is only 4k. Have a Gold MasterCard at 3.5k with 10.99%. Fusion at 2.5k with a 11.99% interest rate. Has anyone ever combined two accounts into at Fleet? What version of their Platinum Cards, do you consider the best?
Spoke to Fleet, and to my surprise, they DO NOT combine accounts. She seems surprised when I mentioned had two accounts with them. Will turn the Fleet Gold into Platinum when next credit line increase is due, 9 month wait in between increases. Will keep the Fusion Visa for online purchases.
