    Hello There,

    I decided to call customer service and tell them that I am not happy about the apr change.. the rep look at my account and pass me over to a account specialist and the nice rep told me that my current apr can stay where it is and the rep will send me out an confirmation letter for that...

    Congrats. I'll remember this if they try to do the same thing to me after my intro period expires.
