Hello George, Congrats to you..... Fleet is a good bank to have.... I have 2 cards with them... on one card I have gotten 2 auto increases from them 9 mons apart... on the other card it will be 9 mons next month and I will see if I get one on that card... the rule of thumb for auto increases are use the card for at least six mons out of the 9 mons and keep the account current that is what the rep told me when I ask.. hopefully this will help other fleet cardholders... call and check to see if an apr reduction can be granted as well... I call and talk to a nice rep and was offer a 4.9 promo on both cards for six mons on purchases and BT and on one card offer to lower 1% to 9.99% they are nice to talk to... never had a problem with them yet...
