I have been a customer of Fleet Bank (checking & savings) for about 4 years now. Over the past 4 months I have been receiving mailings from them every other week telling me that I am "pre-qualified" for a Fleet Credit card. I have been ignoring them as I applied over a year ago and was rejected. The offers keep getting better, if I hold out, what are the chances I will receive a "pre-approved" offer? If I were to apply and get rejected, would PFB work on them?
