I called because I saw NONE on their web site... All they could give me was the 9.74% purchases rate... OHHH WHAT A JOKE!!!! I SAID I'M SORRY I WASTED YOUR TIME AND MINE!!! 5.00%-0.00% WOULD HAVE BEEN OK
They just emailed me some promo offers. One was a Balance transfer until 5 /04 (1.9%) with a 3% fee for the advance/transfer. The other was until 4/04 with NO Transfer fee at (1.9%). Obviously the April deal is the only one worth using. I have been getting Fleet emails on my business and personal Fleet CC account. I registed my email address with them. I dont know if this helps or not. I also notice that on some of my cards I let them go zero balance after a promo payoff or whatever and do not use them at all. That is when all sorts of promo rates seem to come in. I have a folder full of transfer checks and such. I only want to consider those without any 3% transfer fees though if possible... Rob
