Well, if the card is secured I've not heard yet of someone being turned down. It's a great place to start rebuilding.

All you have to do is send in your deposit with the application. I just received one myself. I wish I had known about it before I got 2 other secured cards - I would have made my limit higher on the FLeet card.
Well, I have no judgments or liens or HUGE amounts of chargeoffs, so I'll try it. No annual fee and a respected bank...sweet.
