   I haven't yet called to verify with Fleet myself. I had a person claim that Fleet will not accept balance transfer payments electronically from other creditors. Has anybody else heard this claim? I stated that it sounded unreasonable, but I cancelled their request anyways.

   MBNA AMERICA has a "PROGRAM" that tells them if they COMPUTER TRANSFER or MAIL A CHECK for a BALANCE TRANSFER...
   
   MOST SEND AND RECEIVE BY COMPUTER (EFT)...it's faster and easier and cheaper...
