Does anyone have this card? Which Bureau do they pull? I know they're based out of Atlanta, Equifax hopefully.

What were your scores when you got approved?

Do you have the Visa or Circut City Card?

Any and all help would be appreciated with this info. I am thinking about applying in the store for instant credit. I hope they pull Equifax, my best report. I don't want to burn an inquiry if they don't pull Equifax.

My wife has the FNANB Visa. She got it as her first card about 4 years ago with a 1,000 starting limit. It was her first card, so she didn't have much credit history when she got it, and they pulled Equifax.

The interest rate is high, but they have increased her limit to 5,150 over the years without even asking. They just do it whenever we look like we are paying it down.

If they give you a good rate, I would take the card, it has been trouble free for us. We will probably either ditch it for another lower rate card or ask them to lower the current rate.

I have the VISA also. They sent me an offer back in 96 (they pulled Equifax), when I was ~8 years post-BK. The rate was 15.9 I think, where it stayed until last year, when they upgraded me to gold and lowered to 13.9. The limit was $6K, with no increases for many years, until suddenly it was being increased by $1K every 4 months. It's now at $11K. Also, this summer I received my first-ever balance transfer offer - 7.9 for 9 months, no fee.

This may sound like a crappy, useless card, but they never call to sell me anything, they don't lose my payments (tho I now pay electronically), and their cs dept is pretty decent. They do reviews regularly, but so far haven't done anything underhanded or negative. I have no complaints.

In our experience FNANB has been REALLY lenient in reporting lates also. We have the Circuit City and Visa, and I KNOW we've had a couple of lates over 30 days, but they were never reported. They also have online access for managing your account. I think in all FNANB is our favorite bank for our CCs.

i have the CCity store card. i've had it a few years though. I recently tried to get an increase - the purchase was under $50 more than my available credit and they turned it down... but less than 30 days later they increased my limit about $600... go figure. :)

Equifax has one AR for CC a week before I tried to get an increase (score was around 560 at the time), but no hards. No pulls for CC on TU, I don't have a recent Experian report.

My Efax scores went from 560-640 during the period i tried to get an increase and when they decided to increase my limit, with one collection account and 3 COs on my reports.

I took the plunge and applied for the Circut City Credit card. I went into the store and applied for instant credit.

5 minutes later I walked away with their VISA card with a 2K limit APR is 24, but I will charge and pay off every single month unitl they reduce my interest rate and give me a higher limit.

I know they pulled Equifax, my score is about 680 right now, only a few late pays 4 years ago. (I think I have 3 30 day lates on my sub prime cards).

My problem is Citi, Discover, all the major players pull Experian for me as I live in an affilate office area. The only reason I was approved for the Chase and Eddie Bauer Gold is because they pull Trans Union. Experian is my lowest score @ 630, with one pesty collection that an Experian Collection agency owns.
