I remember reading something about First National Bank of Marin not being licensed to to business. Whoever posted about it, or anyone who has info. on it, can you post a link to where you found this information? Also, a FCBA question. I haven't read it throughly, but I *thought* in it contained information about a bank being required to post a payment the same day they receive it. Now, this would apply to web payments as well correct?
