I sent a validation letter to this CC co. that has been deleted off of my EQ & TU reports but EX won't budge. This was there response letter:

    Dear Cardholder,

We received an inquiry from you on 04/02/03 regarding the above referenced account. Once all presented issues have been thoroughly researched and resolved, we will provide you with our response detailing the results of that investigation.

If we determine that there was an error, all necessary corrections will be reflected on a subsequent statement. Our investigation will not take longer than two full billing cycles as allowed by goverment regulations.

We place a great deal of value on each of our customers and work diligently to provide exemplary customer service as well as resolve any issues or disputes they may have.

Should you have any questions, please contact us at 877-825-3242.

    Sincerely,

    J Shaughnessy

First mistake is that someone from this CC Co. signed the green card on 3/24/03.

My question is under goverment regulations isn't that crap about the two full billing cycles WRONG??
