Hello everyone! I am writing because I got a letter from Foley's yesterday. They have mailed letters to all credit bureau's requesting them to delete my account. I wrote them a letter on July 29th challenging this account as being mine and they wrote me back stating that they have sent letters to all credit bureau's stating that this account is paid off. Well this was a charged off account and that is not what I requested. I wrote back to Foley's with attn to the person who wrote me and told her that she not only did not send me a letter stating that this account is deleted, she went on her own and sent letters stating that this account has a zero balance. I told her that I wanted her to write the credit bureau's and revoke the 1st letter and send another letter to the credit bureau's stating that this account is not mine! I just got the letter yesterday and it states that it is not my account and they are mailing this letter to all credit bureaus! Everyone challenge the credit cards directly!!
