My goodwill letter was delivered Feb 11 at 7:30 AM. I have been waiting for the return receipt but never received it. I only found out when it was delivered when I used the tracking number online. How do I follow up on the goodwill adjustments? I am not sure if the Correspondence department whom I sent the GW receives calls. Does anybody have any suggestion? The company is Nelnet for student loans. Thanks in advance.
