I know someone that was playing a football game, tackle and everything. It was planned 2 days in advance. The guy I knew had the football and was running with it. The other guy went to tackle him. The guy that tackled him ended up with a boken nasal and cheek area. That guy had to have surgery. His wife called and said she was going to sue the guy with the ball for damages, the full surgery bill and all. The guy that was not injured is worried because he is only 22 years old and does not want to screw up his life. He called me and explained the situation. I told him not to worry and be cool with it. Should he hope that they not sue or sue? Does he have anything to gain incase they actually try to sue? He is really worried about it and does not want to screw up his life being only 22?
