There is a messageboard forum moderated by attys that you can go to...here is the URL www.prairielaw.com/messageboards/list.asp once you get to the site scroll down and you will see the boards for tax help and bankruptcy help. I have been a member there for awhile and they are very helpful, responsive and informative...they are not a substitute for hiring your own atty but they will answer as best they can.
