Gentlemen, I just want to thank you for taking on what seems to be a most difficult task. I have only been posting for 3 months, and the amount of information I have learned is unreal! I just want you to know that CN has made me stronger, mentally, and less stressed, physically, than I have been in the last 20 years. I truly believe knowledge is power, and will continue to be here on CN. You have my support. Patti
Thanks for saying that Patty! That's the kind of spirit that will allow creditnet to grow and prosper! And with the economy being what it is, this resource is going to be more and more vital. cheers!
Well, to add in my two cents, I just appreciate the board being around to help people. Its not supposed to be US against each other, its US against the CRAs, CAs & OCs. I do not agree with a lot that has happened but it hasn't made me want to leave the board. But I understand that the people who have chosen to leave are standing up and responding to what they believe in. Like the saying goes, "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." And in time, I hope that they will reconsider and find their way back here to continue the good work that is happening here. I'm sure that the CRA's and OC's that regularly moniter this board are just smiling from ear to ear that there is this disruption going on. I'm sure there is a memo going out as we speak. But let me leave you with this: Those same people that left here can easily pick up and go somewhere else and continue fighting against you. Its the same principle that you operate on. You think that you can reassign debts and put stuff back on consumers reports and cause havoc forever. Well, we can change the name of our forums and keep getting the information out forever as well. Make no mistake about that. And for the current moderators, I thank you for your willingness to take up this task and to try to make the board a learning experience for all.
Or maybe they should see what is really going on, and all the other posts sent to the graveyard labeled "Feedback forum" http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&pgnum=2&postid=297798#post297798
where will all the knowledge come from I'm just starting out who's going to fill the shoes of the vets? Knowledge is power by the time I learn everything by trial and error 7 1/2 years will allready have rolled around. The vets speed up the learning curve, and some have a great deal off experience on certain subjects. All the vets on this board those leaving and staying are what made creditnet the best. When some off the best posters leave the board, the board and especially the newbies suffer the most.
