For people that have to use CSC, I just found a working fax number for them. I also found out that the dispute group is closed on Friday's, and the El Paso address is just a drop box. The direct number to call them, Mon-Thur 8:30am-5:30pm is 281-878-1900. The fax number is 281-878-1903. I called it, is indeed a fax number. I have not used it yet, was waiting until Mon to talk with someone to make sure they will get the fax, but the receptionist did confirm that by dialing the 281-878-1900 I had reached the dispute group, they were just closed on fridays.
