   It's a great card and the terms are good but, First USA is the parent company that issues the card.
   
   I have had major trouble with First USA holding payments and charging $29.00 late in the past. Also, they will increase your APR for no apparent reason.
   
   They are a company I swore I would never do buisness with in the future.
   
   Just my opinion.
