Hi all! For anyone who's built a house, is there any way to find out the status of a builder's permit? I'm building in a subdivision and the builder applied for permits back in April. Those didn't come back 'till mid-July. My contract was written mid-June. Do county offices allow buyer to check the status of permits? If so, what would be the name or type of office to check with?
