I have a question about the backdoor approach to credit. If I get a EIN or TIN won't the IRS be expecting me to file income taxes now or won't they be curious when I don't? What is the best type of business to use? I would like more information on this, as I plan to try this approach. Texas has HIGH fees for incorporating...but hey it's worth a try.
