I had a property with Taylor, Bean and Whittaker, which was forclosed on in November 08. They have recenlty sold the servicing to B of A and now I got a letter saying B of A is trying to collect. I never recived any from paperwork from TBW, but they gave me a forclosure date on the phone and marked my credit. Now it is marked again for this year by B of A in august. I tried calling both companies but can't get anyone on the line. Should I sned a certified letter to B of A saying this is already taken care of? Thanks!
Was it foreclosed? Are you out of the house? They gave you a foreclosure date, but did you get any paperwork?
It is a manufactured home. We had built another home and intended to sell it but couldn't. We have been out for a year. Not they never sent anything final.
