Interesting article in today's local paper for all you Ford lovers. Seems they are having a lot of problems with people defaulting on their loans because of liberal lending standards. They have added 5-10% more people (about 100) to their in house collections department and have transferred in about 50 more collectors from other departments. I don't know if their local unit is the only one they have or if it is just a branch. That is a heck of a lot of in house collectors.
They have 14 service centers some house from 300 to 900 employees. Delinquency is going up with every automative company FMCC GMAC and TOYOTA
