Foreclosure has been filed eff. 6/03 (BK ch 7 discharged in 7/03). Will I have to wait until the property is sold before the CRA will remove the mortgage delinquency and total debt? Will the CRA list both "included in BK" and "foreclosure"? If so, is this legal? (I have only seen the Ex report thus far) Thanks guys! Ex 494 Eq ? Tu ?
