From: ifrc53@ To a50c @ Yesterday I checked at the Post Office about the two green cards that I sent to NCO back in January, which I have never gotten back. The Post Office has checked several different times and ways. They can't find anything about where they are. The Postmistress and some of her workers have suggested to me on several occasions that there may be a "Plant" in the Philadelphia Post Office.that the two letters were sent to and the "Plant" is getting the mail and not scanning it just giving it to NCO so there is NO record of the mail going through and the cards not having to be returned to the sender. Today they stated again that there might be a snake in the grass. Has anyone on the board ever heard of anything like this? Thank you, ifrc
Not that I'm buying into the theory of a "plant" in the Phildadelphia PO, however, 3 letters I've sent to NCO, (2CRRR, 1 signature confirmation), in PA have all disappeared. Never got a signature, and I have never received back my letter because of: (i.e. undeliverable, receipient will not sign, etc.) Of course, I know NCO received them. They've never sent me a collection notice since.
