I already have two cap 1 cards. I received another pre-approval app a couple weeks back and thought what the heck, and applied. Received my third card; the second of which only has a $300 CL. The first one I got has a $2200.00 CL. Yesterday in the mail I received FOUR pre-approved Cap 1 invites all with different packaging and promos. I ripped them up and tossed them. Does anyone over there keep track of who is getting how many? That's all I need, seven cap 1 cards with a hard inquiry on all three reports X four more times all for $1200 and $29 annual fees. Ugh. Over the past two years I went from a 618 score to recently 690. I figure I may touch the 700 club once I pay down the usage on the cards I have.
