I am stupid. Please help the idiot. I am wondering if anyone has a contact at Cap1 with an address or phone number to send some goodwill letters to. I am trying to get a paid Capital One account (settled for less than full amount; this was before I found the boards) removed from EQ and EX. I have disputed it several times with the CRAs to no avail. I have tried nutcase to Cap1 without results. I even PFB's, but Mr. Cooke denied it. I just sent a goodwill letter to the CEO a week ago and have not heard back. If it makes any difference, I now have an account in good standing with the company. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
