sent out complaints to BBB, AG, Gym..Contacted the Local Newspaper, they took all the info, and were very happy I let them know what happened.......Criminal Complaint to the Costa Mesa PD.....I was told by them, this isnt the only Incident, that has been reported about this Security Co!!!.......Getting everything together to File Small Claims...Since ttwowns put that link up, I was able to get the physical addy of where to serve...nice.....I dont think I will get emotional Distress, or anything like that...But I will try for it...( i almost had a heart attack, when I realized my vehicle was gone) i couldnt get up for a few minutes...LOL....ill keep you posted.....thanks Tony V. Lb Suit has been filed....going after Gym (Vehicle Parked in there Lot) , Tow Co (Damaged Vehicle), Security Co (who called Tow Co. to take vehicle illegally).....I noticed Security Co. TRYED contacting me at home ( Im guessing they want to Settle out of court now) maybe the AG or BBB talked to them..LOL.....The only one they get to talk to now is the Judge.....This all is very time consuming, but the results are gonna be worth it....This week I am going to talk to the Local Newspaper to see if they are gonna do anything on this crime.....ill post updates....thanks...
