Fraudulent Inquiries

Does anyone know who:

Las Vegas, NV

might be?

These jokers inquired three times recently on my Experian report. I phoned the telephone number I recieved from information and the contact number Experian has and guess what ... the phone number was disconnected.

I requested that Exp remove the inquiries but was told inquiries cannot be disputed unless I claim identity theft or fraud.

Any ideas on how I might get these removed?

I am concerned about credit fraud/identity theft.

Here is a company that inquired on my report for no apparent reason and the phone number listed for them is a disconnected Sprint PCS cell phone.

I have not applied for any credit in the last six months with anyone.

Just wanted to clarify this for George...

I will try that number in the morning. Will let you know what I found out after I call it and the fraud unit at Experian.

I tried the number. Its also disconnected. Am now trying to see what the fraud unit at Experian has to say.
