FRCP? Butch?

    Butch, I seen a sample letter you posted that referenced the Federal Rules Civil Procedure in regards to valid contracts and validation, etc. Can you elaborate on this? I'd really appreciate it. I'm getting ready to send a ITS to a CA and I really want to make sure I know what I'm talking about when I make any legal reference.

    Hi Phreedom,

    FRCP are procedures for federal courts to handle cases. The only way to avail yourself of those rules is to file a federal case.


    Now you and I know you'd rather not do that, but they don't.

    The discussion you're asking about is in the validation thread below. (Which does need updated)
