I suppose since Apex Credit Services posts here, Fred or Beth has decided to lay into Creditnet directly on a certain consumer complaint board. It is dispicable. The only remedy we can obtain is through a civil action which is what we've filed. For anyone who reads this garbage about Apex Credit Services, LLC or Creditnet, please know that Fred/Beth's posts are nothing by lies. This is an excellent cite and does not deserve any ill words spoken about. It is a free resource for consumers who otherwise would not have a clue as to how to protect their rights under the FDCPA or FCRA. Invoking your statutory rights does not advocate "defrauding" anyone as Fred/Beth so inaccurately states. This person has some vendetta and simply will not stop posting garbage about this site or Apexcreditservices.
