I disputed one account with Equifax and my score dropped 25 points. Is that normal?

While it is not normal, it seems to be a regular occurence with Equifax.

They dinged me 6 points for having a negative tradeline go positive.

This scoring seems so random I'm beginning picture the credit people with their shoes off, feet up on the desk, opening each dispute letter, then throwing a dart at a board to see what number to ding us with. I guess my investigator was a good shot. Lucky me.

    Random Number Generator!

Almost as random as my auto-lotto picks.

Scores would probably be more accurate if they did it this way.

Except the dart board is all in negative numbers.
