from promo inq to actual offer

Just curious how long it takes before you get pre-approval offer after seeing it as a promo inq on your Credit report? I looked at my Creditwatch (experian) file and recognized some of the offers during the last couple of years, but don't remember getting some of them.

 

Thanks for explaining it. That makes more sense because I didn't get all the promos on my report.
