Does anyone know where I can ask the FTC on advice about the FCRA. I am still wondering how they can delete a citibank visa account and then reinstate it without the 5 day letter but just calling it citibank(without the visa part) while keeping the status, dates, and account # the same.
Go to the FTC website and call the 800# listed. You will/can get a live person but be ready to hold for a LONG time. It took me about 30-45 minutes before someone picked up the line. Then, you'll be able to get a person on the other line.
