    The content that interst me the most is in the

    THIRD COUNT, sec 623 of the FCRA provides the completeness or accuracy of any info furnished by any person to any CRA is dipsuted by a consumer, the info must be noted as disputed in the information reported by such person to any CRA. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT REQUIRE CONSUMER DISPUTE TO BE IN WRITTING

    Its pretty easy to read and actually thats about the fairest sentence I have seen, this is gonna be printed. This is a gem of caselaw.

    Something concrete to quote when battling a CA. Just another weapon for the consumer.

    I'm suprised that more of the Heavy hitters on this board haven't made a comment about this topic. I found it to be a victory, and will defintely site and include a copy to the CA's going forward. Thoughts????

    I just use this case to a CA whom I spoke with over 30 days ago. Now I am demading they delete the TL cause they fail to validate within 30 days..see what it turns out...
