Its pretty easy to read and actually thats about the fairest sentence I have seen, this is gonna be printed. This is a gem of caselaw.
I'm suprised that more of the Heavy hitters on this board haven't made a comment about this topic. I found it to be a victory, and will defintely site and include a copy to the CA's going forward. Thoughts????

I just use this case to a CA whom I spoke with over 30 days ago. Now I am demading they delete the TL cause they fail to validate within 30 days..see what it turns out...
