Has anyone ever dealt with Full Spectrum Lending (subsiderary of Countrywide)??

Are they good or bad? I was debating on obtaining a Home equity line of credit from them and I dont have a clue what I am doing but done want to screw myself so any advice would be welcome.

My mother did arefinance through full spectrum lending. Her mortgage was originally through CountryWide. She was approved within a day or two and closed about a week and a half later becuase the home needed to be appraised so she had to wait for the appraiser. I know they work with people who have had credit problems though that was not my mom's situation. She went with them because they were affiliated with her lender Countrywide.

    Thank you for your reply

I guess a second question would be if you dont know anything about Full Spectrum, can anyone recommend a good company for me to consider. I want to have a good selection of options.
