I ordered their three in one credit report, and I was wondering why my debit account seems to have less money in play. I went back to my order confirmation and I see that they charged me an extra 30.00 for an experian quarterly monitoring product which I did not order. Of course their customer service is now closed for the weekend. Has anyone else had this problem???

Just curious...why didn't you order your 3-in-1 report directly from Experian? Experian is now offering a 3-in-1 report but no FICO score is included in the offer. In any case, I don't know anything about creditreport.com, but I would call them first thing Monday morning to get the charges reversed. Good luck.

Hmm... I think when I tried to order it from Experian at the time their service was down or something like that. I remember trying and was unable to log in with my account. So i did a search and this looked reasonable. I have learned a lesson... one that in my email to creditreport.com said that I will not be considering them in the future if this is what happens to your purchases.
