    this was the basis for the suit, this snipet attached to the above link is all that is given from this web site as butch said there out of their mind charging that fee to view the entire case.now that I got a taste I will search for the rest of the case elsewhere I want to know the entire story just thought the reasons why they were sued were interesting itseems to hit home.

    Representing or implying to any consumer that any action will be taken by defendants unless
    g. Using any unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect a debt,
