Direct Merchants Bank Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Program Begins As part of the class action settlement with credit card provider Direct Merchants Bank, eligible current cardholders may participate in a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Program ("CSGP"). The CSGP runs until September 2003. Under the program, current cardholder class members will be able to receive between $10 and $70 to satisfy their claims against Direct Merchants Bank.
