Hello all. A bit off topic but just thought I would share a very positive experience for those that may have Nextel phones. I have 2 phones through them and pay about $250 a month just in service fees. I called with the intention to cancel one of the phones and they transferred me to a retention department that lowered my bill to $165 if I would keep my service. I got to keep the same service plans too! I wish I had called months ago! Hope this helps those of you that are drowning in cellular costs like I was.
