I've got TU down to three unpaid charge offs and I think I will have Eq and Exp there soon. I am not sure how to address the remaining charge offs. I have already disputed as not mine and they remain. I tried intial validation letters with 2 of them which got me nowhere. I can catch TU in 2 or 3 violations and then file suit. That will be tougher for Eq and Exp. Any other ideas? Am I missing any other avenues? Many thanks!
