I have a judgement (only against me) that the company is trying to garnish my husband's wages for. Since he wasn't on the judgement, can they garnish his wages? I do not have any regular income (starting an online business).

    Thanks.

I'm pretty certain they can't do that. I have a judgment against me and since my name was on our checking account they did freeze it. Luckily we only had $161 in it. My husband then opened his own checking account and they haven't been able to touch that. I also do not work regularly and they have not been able to touch my husband's salary.
