So I take it by this response that you've talked to GE about my account..........NO, that's what I thought. How do you figure that I'm not getting ripped off when they are charging me to wait for their contracted companies to come and take the frickin thing. The lease agreement states, "If you do not buy the vehicle, you will return it to us at the place we tell you" I didn't need a $27,000 lawn ornament. I would have gladly dropped it off somewhere, they never gave me that option.
I agree. Going back to the date that you FIRST notified them that you were returning the vehicle. It seems to me that the phone call was legal notification & they now owe you for costs incurred. Get a lawyer. If I were on a jury I'd award you TONS. They need to be taught a lesson.
