recieved a CA letter for an acct that was never deliquent with the OC

(now thats a new one) lets charge the consumer money and say they never paid an old bill( which I have proof of)

makes me wonder how they even get that information ?

just out of the gate ...they ignored my DV within the 30 days that was sent CMRRR

( remember lbrown my CA 101 ignore class lol)

they did not respond at all its been over 60 days

    sent estoppel,

their response was a phone call claiming they sent validation 2 weeks ago huh ? like NO and a little late I would say if they actually did.

can't say you didn't warn me that this was the CA new practice .

Anyhow I smell cha ching $$$ I already sent a CMRRR letter which clearly informed them that all communication is to be in writing only.

so no DV, Continued coll, and a phone call when all communication is to be in writing only.

guess i need to get ready to burn rubber to the court house again j/k
