If you can't use your card online, call CS - I think if you insist, and tell them you will drop them if you can't use your card, you will probably get your way. This is especially true if you got your policy prior to the change in payment policies. I believe the reason they decided not to accept cards generally is they don't want to pay the fees, LOL. They set a profit goal, and if they aren't making it, they make adjustments. However, they are really pretty accomodating if you are insistent, but nice about it. It's one of those things where they will save money if the majority of people stop using cards.
