Thanks Creditnet and Creditboards.com, I was just approved for a Generations Bank Visa for $3k, the interest rate sucks, but this is my first unsecured card in a long time.

They pull TU, my TU Fako is a 766 and with one paid derog, 3 years old and 4 inquiries.

    Woo Hoo.......

    Nice fako!

hubby just lost all of his derogs for tu, so I am curious to see what his is (was like 630 or something with 2 collections). I think his utillization is high, though. His file is only 4 y3 years old, but has 2 auto loans (1 paid in full after 12 months for 17k), mortgage and 5 revolving accts. Wonder if his is as high as yours.

Congrats! I went to their site and I LOVE how they tell you the cutoff and criteria before you apply. I think everyone shuld have to do this...especially since inqs hurt so bad!

Well after disputing 11 bad tradelines in Jan 03
9 were removed. The only 2 are paid ca, one was deleted (this CA was very nice and kept their word and they did not overcharge, only collected what was on the last statement)

The only ca is paid and the DOLA is 4/2000. I got 5 inquiries removed and now I am down to 4 well now 5 with generations.

Didn´t they ask for proof of income or called to your work to verify employment?

What is a wk and what do the numbers mean?

Yes they called at work and of course I answered, it rings directly at my desk. I faxed over my paystub and drivers license.

The WK is worthknowing and the score is their own proprietary scoring based on your transunion credit report.

The wk score doesn't mean anything, though, and has no corralation to tu. My wk is at 68, so i assume, that my tu is somewhere in the high 700's, since wk was at 15 when my tu was 744. Who knows?

At my high of 724 on TU my WK was 20. go figure. Now I have a 10 WK with a 675 TU. good news though- WK says I can qualify for a secured card. woohoo

TU can never give me my FICO when I order it. Today I opted out of reviews of my credit reports, I don't want any lurkers trying to see if I am going for a mortgage or something which I plan on doing in the next 1.5 years.

I think that my FAK0 is maybe over 700 if it is a Fico
