   i filed my innovis complaint with the ftc about a month ago i just read a email with a bunch of dribble that really did not address my complaint what can i do i really want to know what they "think" they know about me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   My FTC complaint also yielded a non-descript, form response. If Innovis has denied you your credit file you might want to send an email to Christi or darkdoj, both are possibly getting a class action together.
